Hallo Christian,

ich hab zwar noch nie von Tunesien nach Hause telefoniert, aber mit der D1-Prepaid-Karte konnte ich bis jetzt immer problemlos SMS nach Deutschland schicken. (1 SMS ins D1-Netz kostet 0,49 € im TN-Netz; das TT-Netz hab ich noch nicht getestet)
